DirectSupport Service
DirectSupport is a new priority subscription based support service from GeoMEM Ltd.
under the InDepthInSight.com name.
As the name indicates it is a service to provide you with fast support -
direct from the developer and/or supplier of your software.
Provided under the DirectSupport service:
- At the Basic support level

- Immediate attendance to your problem (within GeoMEM working hours). We know it's important that you get a solution as soon as possible.
- Telephone and email support to get the problem solved.
- At the Advanced support level

We can directly access your computer to work with you to solve the problem. This can be achieved in a few minutes and involves no
complex setting-up or changes to your computer.
This powerful technology allows GeoMEM technicians to:
- Remotely install and set-up your software for you.
- Remotely operate your software to find where your problem is and thus help with diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Transfer your data files immediately to GeoMEMs own computers for analysis, testing and correction.
You no longer need to dig around on your disk to find these.
- Transfer corrected files back onto your computer for you to use immediately.
- Transfer software updates straight onto your computer and install them for you, then check that your system is operating correctly.
- Provide interactive training on sections of the software - on-screen chat is provided. So you can learn by one-to-one example,
rather than from on-line presentations or class training (see Training services)
By allowing direct access to GeoMEM technicians the time to find the source of a problem can be cut by at least 50% -
saving you time and money and getting your system working quickly.
Throughout this unique form of support and training you are in control of your computer - you can stop the session at any time.
To take advantage of DirectSupport you will require a broadband connection to the computer with the problem.
The recommended minimum connection speed (download) is 512 Mbit/s.
Pricing for this priority support service is based on the system you wish to have supported.
